General questions
Each Tapzy card is equipped with NFC (Near Field Communications) technology. In order for it to work, you just hold the Tapt card close enough to your device so that they can communicate. When you do this, the device is instructed to ‘open this website’, which leads the user to your digital contact profile. In this profile, you can view and save the entirety of someone's contact details at the click of a button.
Once you have confirmed your design and placed an order, your order will be processed & dispatched within 7 days.
No! You just need a stable internet connection in order to view someone's contact profile.
All phones built within the last 4-5 years have NFC built-in, and enabled by default. Some older phones may have to enable NFC manually within the settings, and phones older than 9 years will still be able to access profiles via scanning the QR.
There is no limit on how many times you can update your digital contact profile. If you need to change the physical details printed on your card, we charge 1000INR + shipping for a replacement card.
You need to sign up for an account on tapzy app.
Design
When you click the ‘Customise’ button, you are welcome to upload a design or choose one of our provided templates. From there, we will review your design and send your cards to print. Once printed, your cards will arrive in 7 business days within India
How it works
- Tap your Tapzy Card on the top of an iPhone
- Click 'Create New Contact' Make sure to
- Scroll to the bottom and tap 'Create new contact'
- Tap your Tapzy card at the back of the device
- Click 'Add to contacts'
- Download and open the contact file
- Save
Tapzy App
The Tapzy app is available to download on mobile devices. You can download the app via the App Store for iOS devices and the Play Store for Android devices.
The Tapzy app is only available for mobile devices with access to the App or Play Store.
